Returns and Refunds Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Since we do not warehouse or hold inventory, we are unable to accept returns or exchange items. Therefore, we cannot provide refunds, credits, or replacements except in the event of damage prior to the product arriving to you, our valued customer. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please contact us for assistance.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Items with obvious signs of use. Any item not in its original condition is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be deemed as non-returnable items.

RETURNS & REFUNDS IF APPLICABLE:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

We will not accept returns delivered in person. Returns can only be mailed by post. To arrange a return, please contact us for assistance.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please use the Contact Us page and send us an email. We will reply within 24 hours of hearing from you.

EXCHANGES IF APPLICABLE:

Change of mind returns or exchanges.

Please choose your items carefully. We want you to love the products you buy from House of Leon Australia. Our policy for returns and exchanging items is that we only accept returns or exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Note, change of mind returns or exchanges are different to returning a product under the Australian Consumer Law if the product is faulty. 

In addition, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind:

  • Products described as "made to order"
  • Personalised items
  • Seasonal products
  • Gift Cards

SHIPPING:

To return your product please email us for instructions. If the product is faulty, not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs. Should you receive a refund for any other reason, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs incurred, and these costs will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
