Dispatch and Delivery Policy

The following terms and conditions apply to dispatch and delivery of any purchase made through our website ​.

Processing and dispatch

Confirmation will be sent to the email address entered at checkout. This is your receipt and should be kept as proof of purchase.

Once payment is received orders are processed and dispatched from warehouse within 7 business days. Many of our products are shipped from our international suppliers. Hence delivery can take 2 to 4 weeks from date of warehouse dispatch. We will contact you if there are any issues or delays.

Cost

Any delivery costs within Australia are calculated at the time of checkout. These costs may include fees associated with importing the products from our international suppliers.

Time and tracking

Once your item has been dispatched an email confirmation with an estimated delivery time of arrival and your package tracking number will be sent. Please note, all delivery estimates commence from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.

International Suppliers

Products sourced from international suppliers are shipped to customers in Australia. As a result, delivery times may be longer for products shipped from within Australia. We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges, including taxes, duties, or other costs associated with importing the products. The customer is responsible for any duty, taxes, fees, costs, expenses or custom fees or requirements associated with importing products purchased from us.

Delivery restrictions

We currently only deliver within Australia.

Lost Packages

If the package is lost in transit, please contact House of Leon Australia and quote the tracking number provided in the dispatch confirmation email. If the carrier cannot locate the item, we will lodge an enquiry to locate the item.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate delivery address and contact details. Multiple delivery attempts, re-direction or returned packages may attract additional fees which may be billed by the carrier.

We have no control over third-party agents responsible for delivering packages and recommend that you obtain insurance to cover delivery. Where possible we will assist you in any claim against a third-party delivery agent.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the local carrier in question along with your tracking number for information on how to file a claim. Please note that House of Leon Australia is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.

Incomplete Orders

In limited circumstances, if multiple items have been purchased from us, and one or more items are temporarily unavailable, we will dispatch the available items in the order.

In the event of an incomplete order, we will make contact to discuss the items that cannot be immediately delivered. In most cases we will source the ordered items and have them delivered separately. If we are unable to source the items, we will refund any product we cannot deliver.

Damaged Items

Our refund policy applies to items damaged during delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please immediately take a photo and contact us.
